Shipping policy
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your cart and your selected delivery address. Shipping costs will therefore vary per order. Shipping is free for orders over $100. Please refer to your order and post-purchase notifications (email or mobile messages) for the most up-to-date information.
MammothMarch offers 3-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend. See below for more details on restricted items and specific shipping situations.
Please note that during event season orders can take up to 72 hours to process and hand over to the carrier.
P.O. Box
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS standard shipping. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items or offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. MammothMarch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. Title to the products in your order is transferred from MammothMarch to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from MammothMarch to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.
For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.
